A Bit About Me
Diandra Vaal Neto is the Chief of Sustainability Office and country lead for Angola. Diandra wears many hats and is dedicated to building conservation economies and empowering youth and women entrepreneurs. She leads Groundd in Angola to fill the need for business planning and outcomes for corporate social responsibility for local businesses, focusing on storytelling, women empowerment, financial inclusion, and leadership. Her journey as an entrepreneur began in 2015 when she founded the Women's Business Club, the first female entrepreneurship platform in Angola, aimed at empowering community women through guidance, mentorship, and resources.
Over the years, Diandra's commitment to sustainable development and the economic inclusion of women has been the driving force behind all her initiatives. In 2022, she assumed the position of Chairperson of the Board of Directors of Grupo Chana, a renowned company in the mobility sector in Angola. This experience reinforced her vision of the importance of sustainable and socially responsible business practices.

At Groundd, Diandra and her team offer specialized service packages that meet the needs of private sector companies, NGOs, NGO funders, and government agencies. Their solutions are carefully designed to address the specific challenges faced by these entities, ensuring impactful and measurable results.
Diandra holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a major in Business Administration and a minor in Family Enterprise from Stetson University. She is also a Forbes Under 30 honoree, recognizing her significant impact and contributions to her field. Her educational background and professional experiences have equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to drive Groundd’s mission forward.
